Avoiding study hall leads to calling as a chef

Hyatt’s youngest executive corporate chef says many mentors took him under their wing.

While we often blog about our corporate level recruiting efforts, so much of what we do takes place by our local hotels in our local communities. This story is a great one that speaks to our community efforts at the high school level. Hyatt has been a long time supporter of Roberto Clemente High School in Chicago. Fortunately for Hyatt ,we ran into Roberto Alicea in the early 1990’s. He has worked in several Hyatt locations and is now an Executive Corporate Chef.
