A Special Surprise #BecauseWeCare

In my role as one of Hyatt’s Talent Acquisition Managers, I travel for work considerably!  My little cousin, Brandi, loves to keep up with my schedule.  She’ll ask where I’m going, when I will return, and the most important question “Will you bring me back a surprise?”.  I know, a surprise is not actually a surprise if you ask for it, but she’s 7 and I just can’t say no to her!  Plus, aren’t surprises just the best?

Recently our Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle family surprised one of their associates and made one of her dreams come true!  I’ve watched this video several times and with each viewing, I’m swept up in the meaningfulness of the experience.  Each day, Hyatt associates have the privilege of caring for guests staying, dining, meeting, and celebrating within our hotels.  We aim to provide unique experiences for our guests, yet we don’t overlook the importance of caring for each other and the video below is a perfect example of how we care for those within the Hyatt family.

Although the video is in French, the emotion and surprise translates perfectly into all languages.
